Our family had a fantastic stay at Villino del Pepe Rosa. Marcello and his wife were super accomodating. They kept in touch with us ever since the booking was made. On our arrival they were waiting for us, explained everything in and around the house....and a big bowl of fruits were given as a welcome aminity as well as a bottle of wine and 6bottles of still water, and a box of the special Sardinian bread. So we had a great start. The house was super clean, new and furbished with a good taste. All in all, I would recommend the villa to everybody who want to have a lovely accomodation in Villasimius. We will be back for sure👍😊

Marcello and his lovely wife met us at 3:45 am before our early morning flight to finalise check-out and our security deposit. The tastefully decorated villa was spacious with 2 bathrooms and equipped with all appliances and utensils needed. We had all our meals outside on the patio and made use of the BBQ facility (with charcoal provided by the host). If we ever go back to Sardinia we will definitely stay here again!
Nothing to dislike - just keep in mind that although you can walk to town and Simmius beach, it is advisable to rent a car so you can visit all the lovely beaches in the area.
