About this villa rental

Newly built house on 2 floors finished and spacious with garden on 3 sides, max 6 beds divided into 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The house is divided as follows: Living room with corner sofa bed, extendable table with six chairs, full kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower on the ground floor; upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms complete with wardrobes and TV is a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside the garden is present on three sides with a dining area complete with built-in barbecue and table with 8 chairs under the open gallery, a relaxation area with sitting area, a solarium area with sun loungers and a laundry area with sink and washing machine. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden. Equipped with all the comforts and services including Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV in all rooms, microwave with grill, 4K 50 "TV in the living room, electric oven, outdoor barbecue, outdoor sink with washing machine.
Close to several amenities including supermarkets within walking distance.
