Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, es ist nicht weit zum Einkaufen, mit dem Auto sind es etwa 10 Minuten bis zum Strand.
Leider war in unserem Außenbereich die Gastherme und das Klimagerät für unsere und weitere Ferienwohnungen installiert. Im Außenbereich haben wir uns zum größten Teil aufgehalten, die beiden Geräte sind sehr oft in Betrieb und die Geräusche sind störend. Trotzdem die Wohnung sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet ist, empfanden wir das als sehr negativ.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e moderno, il letto è comodo, situato in una zona tranquilla di Villasimius. I supermercati sono vicini si può andare anche a piedi. La proprietaria è gentilissima.
Solamente il tavolo era un po' provisorio.

Pur non essendo direttamente sul mare è collocato in un quartiere di villette sulla prima collina di Villasimius, tutte nuove e curate molto bene. Le proprietarie sono molto gentili ed esaustive.
Aggiungerei delle zanzariere alle finestre.

Nice new apartment but very spartan
We couldn’t determine how to get access. We had to phone to find out. Home could have been more homely. Coffee machine but no coffee. Washing up items but no tea towels. The only paperwork was the rules.
