Das Apartment liegt in ruhiger Lage, mit dem Auto kann man schnell alles erreichen. Man kann sich draußen im Innenhof oder am Esstisch im EG aufhalten. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.
Die Wohnung insbesondere die Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, es roch auch eher muffig. Besonders nervig war es, dass bei jeden benutzen mehrerer Herdplatten, der Strom in der ganzen Wohnung ausfiel. Dies konntest aber behoben werden, indem man außerhalb des Hauses den Stromkasten aktivierte.

The property is clean and has all the necessary, it’s located next to 3 supermarkets and it’s close to the city centre. The location is also advantageous to reach the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius and even tho we didn’t get to use the pool (it’s closed after the 15th of September) it adds up to the value of the property.
