In the centre of Villasimius, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: beautiful garden (fenced) with flowers and trees. Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Via Roma La Lanterna" 900 m, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach "Simius" 3 km.
