Just 400 meters from the center of Villasimius and 1.5 km from the beaches, this charming three-room terraced house is available for rent. It comprises:
The ground floor features an entrance hall, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, a veranda, and a furnished garden with a shower and barbecue.
The first floor includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a covered veranda.
The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, and air conditioning.
The villa is located in a condominium complex with large outdoor spaces, a swimming pool (only in July and August, during the hours established by the condominium), and a tennis court.
Final cleaning is available for an additional €70 (mandatory).
An additional €30 fee, indicated in the quote as an administrative fee, applies for in-person check-in.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 15 giorni in 6 adulti. Casa pulita, accogliente e ben pensata. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi e in macchina dai supermercati e dal piccolo centro di Villasimius. Torneremo sicuramente!

di tutte le case che abbiamo affittato, è quella che abbiamo preferito! vicino a tutto, andavamo in centro a piedi, perfetto per quelli che non vogliono toccare la macchina ! la casa era più che pulita, ed era molto funzionale! ci siamo sentiti a casa! vista sulla piscina meravigliosa.. e grazie ancora per l’accoglienza, sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi problema! consigliamo al 100% questa casa che sicuramente riaffitteremo ;)
