Back-Bay Upscale Central Condo Rooftop & Parking

Loved the close location to places of interest and the proximity to the train. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is also a giant Nespresso machine in the lobby, which was an extremely nice perk! The Keurig in our unit broke during our stay and the staff replaced it the same day. The property was clean, beautifully finished and had just enough space for the 4 of us. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was also extremely helpful for our stay.

Our apartment was on the second floor of the building and the windows were single pane, so we could hear every passerby and street noise each night. I was surprised about this because this is a luxury apartment building. The washer and dryer is a small capacity stackable which worked well, but even with small loads, the dryer never fully dried our clothes.

Fabulous location. The apartment is modern, clean, well-cared for and maximises the use of the space available. Having two bathrooms is a real plus. Concierge is very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly.

Very nice apartment with friendly, helpful concierge in a great location in the downtown area. Located close to the start of the Freedom Trail in Boston Common and other points of interest if you like walking and exploring. The area was not busy. No more than 15 minutes taxi ride from Boston Logan airport. Had a place to store luggage after checkout which was useful.

Hearing sirens from the nearby street on occasion. 10AM check out is early. It is quite pricey. Having to take the trash to a communal area before checking out. This should be covered by the cost.
