The location was fantastic, very walkable to many places. The apartment itself was cool, with huge windows and very high ceilings. The kitchen was clean and functional.

We reserved an apartment with two King-size beds and the beds were Queen-size instead. When I asked, I was told by customer service that there was no guarantee of King beds when we made the reservation. Maybe I didn’t read the small print, but my reservation clearly said two King size beds. The concierge in the lobby is basically a security guard, any customer service issues had to be handled by calling an answering service who takes a message and then maybe getting an email response a day or two later if you’re lucky. You get tiny travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion when you check in but they do not replace them once used, so we had to go out and buy replacements which we couldn’t travel with and had to throw out at the end of our vacation. The apartment was not super clean, the baseboards in particular were really dirty. You could not fully open the closet door in one of the bedrooms because the bed blocked it. Both TVs were on and tuned to Fox News when we checked in.

The location was good. The room was nice. Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with studio. I thought I had reserved a 1 bedroom. I was traveling with daughter .

Would have liked. 1 bedroom for more privacy. The shower had no safety features, and no cutouts or ledges to hold soap or other toiletries.

The apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very spacious and comfortable. It was easy to walk to Boston Common, take the subway or catch a hop on hop off bus.

The bed and sofa bed weren’t extremely comfortable but everything else was so nice we just made do.

Modern and clean

Small space. Didn’t look like booking pictures. Could have used a few more coffee pods and some half and half. Only one thin blanket for sofa bed.
