Spacious two bedroom condo in the heart of Andrew Square of Boston's iconic South Boston! Walk to nearby restaurants and bars in under 10 minutes. Located just a quarter mile walk from the Red Line subway station, you can also enjoy easy access to everything Boston has to offer. The condo sleeps up to 6 and is great for entertaining with a pool table that converts to a ping pong or dining table, full kitchen, and more!
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo was designed to be a relaxing and convenient place to call home after busy days exploring Boston. You can hop on public transportation to get around the city, walk to enjoy Southie's restaurants, cafe and shopping scene, including bustling Broadway which is only a 10 minute walk or visit nearby universities from our condo as your home base. The best of Boston is at your fingertips!
Layout (Please note this condo is on the first floor, but has 5 steps to enter the building):
- Primary bedroom: queen bed and guest closet. Smart TV in room. Window AC in summer
- Second bedroom: Twin XL bed with additional pull out twin trundle. Desk to work from home (if you must!) and wireless printer. Window AC in summer
- Bathroom: Full tub and shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
- Living room: Oversized comfy West Elm sectional, wood burning fireplace, and Samsung Art smart TV
-Dining/living space: Pool table that converts to a ping pong or dining table with bench seating for up to 6, mini fridge, board games. Window AC in summer. Keurig coffee bar set up with complimentary coffee and tea. Space for queen air mattress set up for parties over 4 people.
- Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, silverware, cookware, microwave, air fryer, fridge, dishwasher, gas range stove/oven, spices
- Washer/dryer with start up laundry supplies
- Outdoor space: Private patio and deck space. Portable grill and folding table available for use upon request.

We came from Detroit to see the Tigers play the Red Sox, lots of father son bonding. Nice town, good food. The condo was very nice, but the area was not that great. The pillows were too hard, and the toilet was broken. But overall it was perfect for 1-2 nights. Great pool table, and beds comfortable.

Quiet, pretty neighborhood a short walk to the T. Street parking was easy — just make sure you read and understand the signs. Parking overnight during the week requires parking a few blocks away on a street that allows non-residents to park overnight. The T was handy and so was the Dunkin' next to the T station. Really lovely apartment full of thoughtful touches like a welcome basket for our dog and a Keurig and K cups. Plus the hand soap in the bathroom smelled amazing. Bed was comfy and window air conditioners did their job.
