Upscale 2BR Condo with Gym & Parking near MGH & TUFTS

The property is was spacious, safe and conveniently located.

Customer service was poor. Things were not mentioned on the listing, and customer service was unwilling to help out even when they had the capability to. Boxes were left in the apartment and we had to message customer service to have it removed. There were so many couches it was cramped in the living area. There was mold in the grout and blinds where the ac blows, multiple cuffs and stains throughout furniture and walls in apartment.

We got a replacement property

We only got 1 key for 4 people

A beautiful apartment, exactly as described, and furnished with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. Boston is a wonderful city to visit, especially on foot. The apartment is very well situated for embarking on the Freedom Trail, exploring the city, and enjoying the beautiful nearby parks. The host was highly responsive and very helpful. Our family had a great stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean.

The noise you hear, mostly at night is continuous, bad and hard to describe : the apartment is located near several very very busy highways and intersections. Very loud noises of cars and trucks. Constant humming of cars, rumbling and roaring , swooshing sounds. Very hard to fall asleep. Two family members slept in the living room which looked like a light show during the night: reflections of the China Town sign, traffic lights, car lights and street lights. An eye mask helped a bit.
