Property felt extremely safe due to the friendly concierge staff. Plus only keys operated the lift. It was clean, spacious and very close to Boston Common and Gardens. Also close to all T lines. An exceptional holiday property. The games room/library were a great addition and rooftop garden offered a fabulous space and wonderful views.
Only thing missing were tea towels to dry dishes, needed even for those coming out of dishwasher. Plus, perhaps mats for the table to avoid marks.

Good location. The property is exactly as it shows on the photos.
We lost one fob key and had to pay USD100 for the replacement. We think this is far too expensive.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location, minutes from the parks & start of the Freedom trail. Great restaurants nearby & the major shopping streets. The staff were fantastic, so friendly. The apartment was extremely spacious. Use of the roof terrace was a fantastic bonus, with beautiful views over Boston, especially at night. We couldn’t fault anything.
