花火大会の日に滞在しました。
屋上でしっかり見る事が出来て満足です。
他の方も書かれていましたが、階段がとにかく急で、特に最上階に上がる所の踏み板が前に向かって傾いている様で、仰け反る感覚があり、それがちょっと怖かったです。
また、他の所はキチンと掃除してあったのですが、階段は絨毯タイプの床材を敷いてあるせいか、ゴミが着いていてちょっと汚かったですね。

商店街近く、近くに尾道ラーメン屋さんも何軒かあり、
楽しく過ごせる立地でした！
3フロアに跨って使用できるスペースがあり、子供は面白がって上がったりおりたりしてました。が、階段が急なので、小さなお子様がいるご家族だとちょっと心配かもしれません。

ロケーションが良かった。
お茶がなかったです。お風呂が4階にあったので、高齢者には少し厳しかったです。階段が斜めになっていたので危なかったです。あとゴキブリが出ました。
