ロケーション：マツダスタジアムまで徒歩１０分くらい。広島駅まで徒歩圏内。
駐車場：提携コインパーキングが徒歩５分以内にあり、１回出庫当たり５００円になる割引券を宿泊日数分もらえる。
洗濯機：有料だが便利
館内空調：エアコンが１階にあるが、２階には無いため、２階の廊下が暑い。
エレベーター：２００キロまでの制限があり、３人程度で重量制限になる。動きは遅い。

部屋も広く、お風呂とトイレも別で、ベッドもダブルサイズでゆったり過ごせた。キッチンには洗剤とスポンジ、ペーパータオルもあった。タオルはバスタオルとフェイスタオルが人数分あり、有り難かった。歯ブラシもあった。トイレも普通にキレイ。
キッチンの油汚れが少し気になった。お風呂の浴槽に、小さいが白い塊があったので一度掃除してからお湯を張った。ソファの隙間のゴミも少し気になった。

とにかく綺麗。
ベッドは寝心地は非常良い
2畳正方形の和所が段差があり非常良い
化粧室、浴槽の換気扇が回ってなく、スイッチが，わからなかったです。

とてもきれいで広々として家族６人でも余裕でした。
バスタオルが５枚しかなかった。
後、綿棒とかがあると良かったです。
