広島駅からも近いし、広島球場からも近かったのでとても便利でした。車で来たのですが、近隣の駐車場を24時間 500円で利用できるサービス券があったのも良かった。館内も静かでとても良かったです。
キッチンの食器用のスポンジが新しいと良かったかな。

冷蔵庫も一人暮らしサイズのもの
皿、スプーン、グラス、ティーカップ、抹茶セット(お茶が点てれる)、コーヒー、紅茶、サラダ油、アジシオ、フライパン、片手鍋、湯沸かし器が設備されている
・お風呂とトイレが別々
・お風呂の栓がプッシュ式だが緩くて、漏れて湯を貯めれなかった。
押し込んだら使えた。
・駐車場の割引券があるので無料かと思いきや、500円は自己負担であること（分かりやすい表示にしてほしい)

とてもきれいで広々として家族６人でも余裕でした。
バスタオルが５枚しかなかった。
後、綿棒とかがあると良かったです。
