The receptionist, a Brazilian man, very professional and very kind, sadly we couldn’t ask his name but we had a lovely stay in this apartment, all clean, very comfortable bed, nice bedroom, perfectly working AC, enough to rest well, very very happy!

Location, cleanliness, price.
There was so much noise. Zero indoor sound or light insulation, with guests coming and going until all hours. My bed faced the door (long thin room, as you can see in the pics) but gap around the door meant the corridor light shone through every time a guest came or went. Can't complain too much for the price in central Lisbon, but if you want to get some sleep I'd recommend industrial strength earplugs and an eye mask.
