Nice little room. Quiet. Good bed. Kitchen. Good neighbours.
Check in was a bit chaotic, since what was supposed to be my room was occupied. But the replacement was better because it was further away from the noise of the road.
The place is a ground floor apartment/former business that was converted into rooms. Luckily, everyone was quite quiet otherwise we could listen to each other.
One note on the bathroom: the toilet seat should have been located a bit more into the right side of the person seating, otherwise the person's legs will clash against the sink.
