Cozy Apartment Marquês de Pombal

Mieszkanie jest ładne, wygodne i czyste. Mieszkanie znajduje się na piętrze połączonym z innymi wynajmowanymi mieszkaniami, ale zupełnie nie przeszkadzało to w użytkowaniu - reszta apartamentu byla zadbana i cicha. Okolica jest świetna, spokojna i blisko jest do metra, więc wszędzie można bardzo szybko dotrzeć.

Niestety winda dalej nie działała, więc wchodzenie faktycznie kilka pięter za każdym razem jest naprawdę uciążliwe. Remont kamienicy naprzeciwko dalej trwa i zapewne będzie trwał jeszcze sporo czasu bo jest remontem generalnym, więc od 7:30 niestety już jest glosno i nie da się praktycznie spać. Co do zapachu w łazience, jest on faktycznie bardzo ciężki i utrzymuje się cały czas - jedyne co pomagało to regularne wietrzenie ale to i tak nie sprawiało że zapach całkowicie znikał.

The location was excellent. Right next to the blue line metro. It was everything we needed.

We just gone done doing half the fisherman’s trail - this place is on the 5th floor - and the elevator was busted 😂😂. No big deal - but golly I was looking forward to not going up those stairs. Did anyway. No regrets.

The location is good. The apartment is clean. The bed is comfortable.The Wi-Fi internet was very fast.

The toilet and bathroom smelled terribly bad. The apartment had no heating or cooling system, so we were very cold. They only put a small heater, and it wasn’t working properly. It couldn’t even heat itself. The door code given to me on the first day I arrived did not work. I had to get in touch with them. It turned out they had changed the code. There was construction across from the apartment, and there was constant noise during the daytime. The extractor hood pipe in the kitchen is not connected. There is no vent or chimney for the smoke and cooking smells to escape. Lastly, when I ask a question, they respond very late. For example, they replied very late to my message about the heating problem and did not solve the issue.
