Located just outside the hustle and bustle of Funchal's city center, Sao Martinho offered the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience with a beautiful water view. Easy access to some fantastic restaurants, cafes, and the scenic seaside promenade. Downtown Funchal is a quick bus ride away.

There are more than 200 stairs and several steep hills needed to access the the amenities in the neighborhood. Would not recommend for anyone with limitations.

10/10 und absolute Empfehlung! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist super geräumig. Auch die Lage ist klasse (fußläufig alles erreichbar) und der Tiefgaragenplatz erleichtert die Parksituation.

Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

A fantastic apartment. Very clean and excellent facilities. The TV was huge and was a smart TV. The apartment was very spacious and had a very large terrace with a beautiful sea view. The free underground parking space was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything to cook with, there was a washing machine and the management company left washing machine and dishwasher tablets. We were met at the property and shown around and as it was Easter they left a lovely hamper of biscuits, wine and sweets. Also lots of storage space. There was aircon however we didn’t need to use it. It was a 10 minute walk downhill to the restaurants and the sea. And approximately a 40 minute walk into Funchal. Uber and bolt is very cheap though. Around 5 to 7 euros. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing it was perfect.

Sehr komfortable, großzügige Wohnung, mit hochwertige Einrichtung, viel Platz und eine bezaubernde Aussicht von der Terrasse.

Die Ein- und Ausfahrt aus der Garage war etwas herausfordernd, es klappt aber mit etwas Geschick allemal.
