Casa das Raposinhas II

Lovely spacious bright and clean apartment, modern, big well equipped kitchen, with tray of tea and coffee to welcome us. Balcony and terrace have sea views. Close to supermarket (steep walk but it is Madeira!) Easy access to Funchal and the rest of the island for walks and exploring. Car parking included. Lovely to have a pool (shared) and the outdoor shaded garden area was beautiful. Plenty of towels and loads of storage space.

Bathroom has no outdoor ventilation, but we just opened the window and the window in the washing area the other side of the window.

Er waren geen theedoeken, en wijnglazen en koffie glazen zijn minimaal aanwezig. Wij waren met 5, en dan moet je toch elke x even wat afwassen, niet erg, maar wanneer alle keukenkasten leeg zijn, kan dat misschien toch wat ruimer aangevuld

A beautiful appartment on the 1st floor of the building, with 3 spatious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen and a comfy living room. Everything was well maintained an clean. The kitchen was equiped with everything necessary during your stay. Bathrooms were equiped with towels and toilet paper, but no shampoo or shower gel, so you need to bring that with you. It has 2 parking spaces behind a gate, one reserved for this appartment. This was very handy because parking is very limited in Sao Martino. It also has a nice enclosed terrace. The pool on the lower level is shared (although there was seldom someone there), and is very nice. For us it was an ideal location to explore the Central-South area of Madeira (Levada do Moinho & Nova, Pico Arieero, Ilha Das Aves, Cabo Girao and Funchal). It 's a 5 tot 10 minute walk to the coast, where there are a lot of nice places to eat, so you don't have to bring out the car in the evening.

Upon arrival, there were no keys in the lockbox, so we couldn't enter the gate/house. The previous visitors had taken the keys with them. We immediately contacted the local contacts by phone and within 15 to 20 minutes, everything was resolved. Someone can by with a spare set of keys, so we could enter and 2 hours later we received the original keys. So big thumbs up for the quick response and handling of this matter. Perhaps a check to see if previous visitors left keys before new ones arrive? You can hear the neighbours above you quite well when they stumble around, move chairs, close doors or snore loud.

Сподобалось розташування, сподобались вцілому апартаменти: вони великі , комфортні, гарний краєвид відкривається з балкону, чисто в помешканні, є все необхідне з посуди , рушники , чиста постіль , ми задоволені!! І звісно рекомендуємо!
