Ein tolles, großes Appartment. Jedes der 3 Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind geräumig und komfortabel. Alles ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist groß und bietet eine gemütliche Sitzgarnitur. Meerblick und Blick Richtung Funchal. Es gibt eine Waschmasschine und einen Trockner. Es stehen 2 Parkplätze in der Parkgarage kostenlos zur Verfügung. Pedro, der Verantwortliche, kommunizierte per Whatsapp mit uns - alle notwendigen Infos haben wir erhalten (mit Fotodokumention). Klimaanlage ist in allen Räumen vorhanden. Vor dem Gebäude befinden sich 4 Lokale, in denen man gut essen kann. Der kleine Supermarkt Pingo Doce ist fußläufig erreichbar, der große ist in nur wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Bilder auf der booking.com Seite entsprechen der Realität.
Der Lift in den 4. Stock funktioniert nicht - aber wir wurden vorab darüber informiert. Somit war es kein Problem.

كل شيء رااائع داخل الشقة فقد كانت جميلة جداً ومساحتها كبيرة ونظافتها وتوفر كل الاحتياجات والكماليات ..والموقع والاطلالة على المحيط وقرب المطاعم بالاضافة للمطاعم اللي اسفل البناية وتوفر مواقف السيارات تابع للمبنى
كانت المشكلة الكبيرة فيها تعطل الأصنصير والشقة كانت في الدور الرابع فتخيلوا الوضع .. حقيقةً لو كنت ادري ان الأصنصير عطلان ما كان أقمت فيها لأن الوضع مُجهد .. ولما سألنا قالوا من سنتين عطلان .. بالإضافة إلى رائحة الزبالة في الكراج فقط كانت مؤذية جداً

Apartamentul este foarte spațios și foarte bine împărțit. Bucătăria este dotată cu toate cele necesare pentru a găti sau pentru a servi o masă rapidă. La parterul blocului sunt localuri, iar la o distanță nu foarte mare se află și câteva magazine. Apartamentul nu este foarte departe de zona istorică a insulei.

The place was beautiful - two full walls of windows with a great view of the ocean! Lovely balcony to enjoy! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very spacious for everyone to spread out. There are a few restaurants right below the condo which was very convenient.
Elevators were not working. The street below the balcony was a bit loud.
