Apartment with ocean view and parking

A very new apartment so everything was spotless. Huge balcony which overlooked the ocean either side of the hotel in front, south facing. The lounge area was massive, so big there would be room for an additional comfy chair? The kitchen was exceptionally equipped, induction hob, dish washer, washing machine, huge fridge/freezer, coffee machine (with some pods), lots of other bits and pieces. Two bathrooms, both with large walk-in showers. A double and one twin bed bedrooms - massive built-in wardrobes. Very secure, touch button entry and cameras. Lift to the second floor where the apartment is located. Great communication with Rui. The No.4 bus stops are right outside.

The double bed was a bit hard for my partner, it was fine for me. Personal preference on this one. The road was quite busy during the day and there was some building work going on (they stop at 6pm) - but none of that bothered us really.

Perfectly located just outside the central area of Funchal. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a wonderful ocean view. We rented a car so having a parking space was a real positive. NYE fireworks from the balcony was an awesome experience.

Zeer ruim modern appartement, zeer goede bedden, twee ruime badkamers, voldoende badlakens aanwezig, airco's aanwezig, rustig en veilig appartementencomplex en ondergrondse parkeergarage (parkeren is echt een ramp in de buurt).

De druk van het water in beide badkamers was slecht en het duurde zeer lang voordat het water warm werd. De koekenpannen waren krom en niet geschikt voor inductie koken. Op de foto stonden twee comfortabele buitenstoelen op het balkon. Deze waren echter niet aanwezig en de overige stoelen zaten niet lekker. Zeezicht werd onderbroken door groot appartementenblok, daardoor het gevoel op de "kijk" te zitten.
