Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits der Innenstadt auf einer Anhöhe. Ein paar Meter von der Haustür entfernt hat man eine phänomenale Aussicht über die ganze Bucht von Marseille. Die Räume in der Wohnung sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Backofen, Fernseher usw.)
Kleines Manko: Nicht zu viele Geräte mit hoher Leistungsaufnahme gleichzeitig einschalten, sonst springt die Sicherung raus. Sie lässt sich aber leicht wieder einschalten und befindet sich im Schrank, in dem auch die Decken und die Bettwäsche liegen.

The apartment is perfectly situated (very close to the Plage des Catalans, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from some restaurants, shops, and bus stops). It's small but quite comfy, and rather well-equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, pots and pans, plates, kitchen utensils, cleaning detergents, nespresso machine - even some coffee capsules!). Almost everything looks new and well-maintained. Good contact with the owners.
The building the apartment is situated in is old; the omnipresent smell of dampness was pretty overwhelming at first; the apartment has no AC, which was pretty tough during the heatwave. The kitchen is well-equipped, but the bathroom is not - no hair dryer, for example. The shower was completely clogged. Using the light in the bathroom at the same time as the fan made the fuses blow, luckily the owners helped us fix it. The apartment would also use some new bedsheets.
