The property only accepts the number of adults specified on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not listed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a valid ID once the reservation is confirmed and at check-in.
This property does not host bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or other similar events.
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived.
If you leave the property at a time other than the scheduled time—namely, 10:00 a.m. on the last day—without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a late checkout fee of €55.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of €150 will be charged to your security deposit if you smoke inside the property.
