Très Bon emplacement pour cet appartement, parking vraiment un plus !!!!
Chaleur dans la chambre double , appartement en rdc , donc difficile de laisser tout ouvert pour dormir . Rajoutez des oreillers .

L'emplacement était superbe, donnant accès à tout ce qu'on voulait voir.
On n'a pas réussi à ouvrir la porte du garage la nuit.

Appartement très propre. Idéalement placé pour visiter la ville. Le parking que du plus....
Une vue plombée sur le mur du parking situé à 3 m des fenêtres. Un peu déprimant....Le début du ravalement de l' immeuble depuis le 09 février et prévu jusqu en juin 2026... avec des ouvriers fumeurs de cigare dès 8h du matin ....de plus l'immeuble est très sonore. Tous les bruits du quotidien sont nettement perfectibles....
