Größe, Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung waren mindestens gut. Lage wäre hervor zu heben.
Verschiedene Ausstattungsgegenstände entsprachen nicht zwingend dem Preisniveau des Objektes. Z. B. war die Pfanne ein Cent-Artikel und in der Beschichtung beschädigt, der schon längst hätte ausgetauscht werden müssen. Des weiteren war der untere Rand der Toilettenbrille stark urinverfärbt.
