House very comfortable and good size. Loft section really nice. Nice old school.decor, decent location even though as you enter the main road.

Back garden was waterlogged so could not be used by kids. Pity as was a very pretty, well maintained garden with garden table and chairs etc. Seemed like a drainage issue perhaps relating to hot tub in garden. Also we werent informed that the road between Robertson and McGregor was closed. Had to take a detour via Bonnievale, using a dirt road on a mountain pass which added 30 minutes to trip. Was not ideal, especially when driving out of Mcgregor on day trips etc.

Comfortable cottage in town, can walk to all shops.

Pots and pans need to be replaced, old and burnt. Can do a bit of upgrade and proper cleaning..

Love the decor, the garden, all the little things like the complementary bottle of local wine, milk in the fridge, hot tub wood etc. Such a charming spot.

Nothing. Just note the bathroom door (bathroom with the bath) has a knob that comes off in your hand, you may want to fix that.

Beautifully decorated accommodation with very comfortable beds, quality bedding, a well equipped kitchen, Netflix, and best of all, it’s pet friendly which was a big selling point for us. The town itself is also so lovely, with the kindest people and lovely stores.

Unfortunately, the blocked drains were a major issue. The showers took at least 30 minutes to drain between each person, the dishwasher couldn’t drain (and therefore was unusable) and although maintenance was sent out, the problem wasn’t fixed. The yard was also completely waterlogged, making it impossible for our dogs to use it without getting covered in mud. Lastly, we were disappointed that we couldn’t use the indoor fireplace as the smoke filled the house instead of going up the chimney.
