I absolutely loved the remoteness of the cottage. The kitchen was amazing, it had everything and more that you might need. Sitting on the stoep and watching the Springbuck walk past gave that true farm feeling. Lying in the hot tub and watching the stars in the evening blew my mind. It really was an unforgettable experience.
They cannot do anything better to be honest. If I had to nit-pick, I would say warming up the hot tub for us, we had to take the long way around due to the bridges being repaired and thus a lot of road closures because of the storm so arrived pretty late Friday evening. That said those Kol-Kol hot tubs heat up very fast so I am really splitting hairs now.

Location was great and very peaceful. We got lucky with the weather and took one of the kayaks for a spin. Hot tub was also great and all the facilities provided were super nice.
The place is perfect. One little thing: On the indoor fireplace, please provide some bricks for the grill to rest on. This is not an issue tho.

The wind, but at least the middle night it was wind still , the double bed is a bit small for elderly couples

Hot tub, outside facilities, electric blanket
No outside light. The photos on booking. com showed a fireplace in a cottage but this was not in ours. The property was very small indoors. Cooking facilities were primitive. No representatives of the company presented themselves
