It is a spacious apartment with high quality new electric appliances (dishwasher, washing machine with drier, stove, oven etc) and also you have everything you need if you want to cook.
TV and internet are also of great quality. Bed is comfortable, you have a desk to work on and plenty of storage space for wardrobe and stuff.
- there are ants in the kitchen zone especially, probably because of the fact that the door has a small space at the base and being ground floor they come in from outside.
- there are some issues with the bath cabin - water infiltrates somehow at its base and gets out from underneath the laminated wood floor, toilet sit is not fixed properly and moves in all directions.
Besides that, from time to time there are some noises from behind the false walls like someone is dropping a heavy object on the floor and people that are sensitive to noises might be waken up during the night. My guess would be that it's the main water pipe of the building that makes those noises when someone from up stairs flushes or takes a shower - being an older building, isolation is not good enough even if the apartment is completely renovated with plasterboard walls that compensate.
Also being ground floor is exposed to people passing by talking loud near the windows. Cars can also be heard as they are parking effectively 1 meter from the front door.

Apartamento con todo tipo de detalles, mobiliario nuevo y excelente iluminación que compensa que es un bajo.Las fotografías muestran tal y como es el apartamento.No falta de nada.Cama comodisima.
-La colocación del microondas, lo que se caliente en su interior se queda inclinado hacia dentro .La puerta roza con la rejilla embellecedora
