Cozy brand new apartment with free parking, its own patio and close to the center

This apartment is amazing and cozy. Everything is brand new. The apartment has its own nice patio with table and chairs. There is free parking outside, which was very convenient because I was driving a rental car. Also, the location is very close to a center. I was walking to the center and it took me only 25 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a bus or metro. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Room is bright, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The room has air conditioner for both cooling and heating. During cold weather I felt very comfortable. The entrance is keyless, with code, which is very convenient. Check-in was easy and seamless. I really enjoyed my stay here!

The walls are too thing and you can hear other tenants of the apartment. But if you bring your ear plugs there will be no issue. There was only 1 tenant at the time of my stay and he was very polite and quiet. This is a very small inconvenience, considering that everything else was great and the price is very reasonable for this type of accommodation.

Good value for money

The apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay, all nessessary appliances available, complimentary coffee/tee. Location was good as well, bus stops within walking distance. The room was clean, the shared bathroom was fine. Good value for the price.

The walls are thin so you could hear people coming and going, but nothing too bad.

The most lovely place

It exceeded all our expectations. The first thing we noticed was the impeccable cleanliness, everything looked and felt fresh. The apartment is in a safe area, just a few minutes walk from the bus station and still within easy walking distance of the city centre. The residence is fully equipped with everything you might need. All necessary hygiene items were also provided, and the water in the shower worked perfectly. There is air conditioning, which made the apartment comfortable at all times. The home design is incredible as well. It was peaceful at night, so we slept very well. There was free Wi-Fi, coffee, snacks and bottled water waiting for us, which made us feel really welcome. The check-in was easy and well-organised. We will definitely come back to this accommodation the next time we visit Málaga and can warmly recommend it to others. Thank you so much for the amazing service and hospitality!

Muy Limpia, cómoda, completa, detallista con sus huéspedes, me gustó muchísimo.

Espacio sumamente limpio, agradable, ordenado, cómodo, los detalles de tener agua, te, café, tv con sus aplicaciones e internet para sus huéspedes además de todo limpio y moderno, sin duda, vale la pena, todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones, los cuartos prácticos y bonitos, viaje sola y me sentí cómoda toda mi estancia.

Prima verblijf net buiten het centrum met gratis parkeerplekken, maar wees je bewust dat het een gedeeld appartement is

Op redelijke afstand van het centrum, zowel met openbaar vervoer als auto. Rustige buurt. Prettig contact met de eigenaar. Alles nieuw en netjes afgewerkt.

Er was met ons nog slechts één andere gast, desondanks vonden wij het best gehorig (geluiden van de kamer ernaast en de gezamenlijke ruimte). Oordoppen dus meenemen als je een lichte slaper bent.

L'appartamento è in un rione molto vivace e caratteristico (rione de la Virgen), a 30 minuti a piedi sia dal centro sia dal polo universitario (teatino), comodissimo con mezzi e metro. L'appartamento è raccolto e ben arredato, c'è tutto il necessario, estremamente funzionale ed è pulitissimo! Ero nella stanza con bagno privato, comodissima. Ha anche una veranda accogliente. Sembra di stare a casa

Bardzo czysto. W kuchni można było zrobić sobie herbatę, wszystkie przybory potrzebne do gotowania były dostępne. Zaistaniała sytuacja że w moim pokoju nie działał zamek w drzwiach, właściciel rozwiązał tą sytuację od razu.

Trochę nosi się głos, z kuchni to pokojów ale to nie jest problem jeżeli trafisz na wyrozumiałych ludzi, którzy po upomnieniu są cicho.

Buona la posizione, ottima pulizia.

Pulizia ottima, appartamento nuovo con tutto l'occorrente per la cucina, comprese stoviglie. Il personale gentile ed educato, ottima la posizione con i mezzi di trasporto.

La stanza era troppo piccola, entrava appena un letto ad una piazza e mezza, non c'era armadio ma solo una cappelliera, non c'era spazio per riporre valigie o effetti personali. Poi un solo bagno per tre stanze matrimoniali è davvero poco. Per fortuna gli altri ragazzi erano educatissimi.

Fajny, spokojny pobyt w Maladze

Bardzo fajne miejsce, położone nieco na uboczu, ale dobrze skomunikowane z centrum autobusami (ja lubię chodzić, więc chodziłem: mniej więcej godzina piechotą na plażę, 40 minut na starówkę). Miła obsługa, BARDZO CZYSTO, poza tym wszystko, czego potrzeba. Wspólna kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne przedmioty (ekspres do kawy, toster, garnki, talerze, kubki, sztućce i tak dalej). Pokój niewielki, ale czysty i przyjemny, tak samo jak łazienka. Do dyspozycji gości jest też coś w rodzaju mikro-podwórka, na którym można posiedzieć przy stole i wypić kawę albo coś zjeść (główna brama jest zamykana na kod i z zewnątrz nie widać co się robi w środku, więc jest trochę prywatności). Sprawne WiFi. Niedaleko (jakieś 7 minut piechotą) duży sklep spożywczy.

Na zdjęciach obiektu warto zamieścić informację + foto, że wejście mieści się zupełnie z tyłu za blokiem, od zamkniętego podwórka. Trochę błądziłem, zanim się zorientowałem, że trzeba tam wejść.

Esperienza fantastica

Il proprietario sempre disponibile e tempestivo per qualunque necessità. La struttura è nuova pulita e fornita di ogni comodità. Si trova in una zona vicina al centro e comoda per parcheggiare qualora come noi foste in auto. Noi avevamo la camera con bagno privato e siamo stati benissimo. Lo consiglierei decisamente e ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio.

Her şey çok güzeldi. İlgilen beyfendi her şeyde çok yardımcı oldu. Check-in saatinden önce gitmeme rağmen valizimi bırakabilme imkanı verdiler. Haritada evin konumu şehir merkezine uzak gibi görünse de aslında yürüme ile gidilebiliyor. Tren istasyonuna yakın. Oda şirindi, yatak rahattı. Çok memnun kaldım.

Check-in autonome bien expliqué et facile, chambre petite mais propre et confortable, salle de bain et cuisine partagées, propres et bien équipées. Emplacement calme. Pas de parking.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, przystanek autobusu za rogiem. Lokal bardzo czysty, podstawowe przybory kuchenne w aneksie kuchennym przydatne. Gospodarz zainteresowany gośćmi.

Minusem jest zbyt mało miejsca w pokoju, trudno się poruszać, brak półek na ubrania, brak czajnika w kuchni. Stosunkowo drogi wynajem.

Genialny Pobyt

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Pokój był czysty, zadbany na wejściu czekała na nas woda i drobne przekąski. Właściciele byli mili, pomocni, bardzo ugodowi. Cały czas byli w kontakcie z nami w razie jakichkolwiek problemów, których na szczęście nie mieliśmy. Kuchnia w apartamencie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona, do dyspozycji jest sprzęt kuchenny, żelazko, suszarka, suszarka na pranie oraz miejsce do przyrządzenia kawy i herbaty. Okolica jest spokojna i dobrze skomunikowana z centrum miasta jak i z plaża. Nie mamy nic do zarzucenia, miejsce jest super i na pewno jeszcze do niego wrócimy. Bardzo polecamy!😊
