Emplacement proche du centre et de toutes les activités à pieds et en même temps au calme. Petit appartement très propre et bien pensé (fonctionnel), sécurisé par 2 codes d’accès avec 2 chambres (2 grands lits), la climatisation dans la cuisine - salon (ventilateurs colonnes dans les chambres) et une machine à laver le linge. Les lits sont très confortables. Parking restauradores sur l’avenida de la libertad à 100m de l’appartement mais cher 30€/jour. Stationnement payant dans la rue et alentours de 9h à 19h beaucoup plus abordable et gratuit le dimanche et jours fériés. Il est relativement facile de trouver une place.
Communication très compliquée avec l’établissement : aucune réponse à nos mails. Nous avons été obligés d’appeler via whatsapp pour avoir des informations sur notre arrivée.

Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in kleinem Sträßchen mit wenig Verkehr. In gut 10 Gehminuten ist man am Rossio in 6 an der Metrostation Avenida. Das im 1.Stock gelegene Apartment ist sauber und gemütlich, die Ausstattung insgesamt gut. WiFi-Verbindung und tel. Kontakt zum Vermieter funktionierten gut.
Die Check'in Prozedur ist etwas nervig, man bekommt erst 30 Minuten vor der gemeldeten Ankunftszeit den code für die Türöffner. Zugang über eine steile, enge Treppe. Das Gefrierabteil des Kühlschranks war dick vereist und ließ sich nicht mehr richtig schließen. Eine zuvor gestellte Anfrage betr. Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffe wurde fälschlich mit ja beantwortet. Eine kurze, mehrsprachige Anleitung für den vorhandenen Kaffeeautomaten wäre hilfreich.

Niets. Alleen eigenaar of bedrijf erachter appt ie vaak. Zijn alleen automatische apps. Echte vragen lastig of te laat.
