Located near the heart of Lisbon’s Old Town in Príncipe Real, just a few steps from the Parliament and a 5-minute walk from the trendy Bairro Alto neighborhood —a hub of lively bars and restaurants—and the equally fashionable Chiado, one of the city’s most famous shopping districts, this two-bedroom apartment sets the stage for the perfect trip to Lisbon.
Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and laundry/ironing services are included.

In compliance with the “Clean & Safe” seal from Turismo de Portugal and the guidelines of the Directorate-General for Health, we are committed not only to the most thorough and meticulous cleaning and disinfection of the apartments but also to a range of services you can enjoy from the comfort of your apartment without taking risks you may consider unnecessary. After witnessing the devastation of so many families, daily routines, businesses, and local economies, our focus is on keeping everything and everyone functioning as they have until now—steering the ship through this great storm and helping to lift up our neighborhood, our city, and our country! Our commitment:
Cleaning—Professional and in accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) but also disinfectant products in the recommended concentrations to ensure greater safety for everyone.
Check-In - Check-in is in person so that we can provide all the support guests need, but the process will be quick and efficient, with all necessary safety equipment in place. All information will be available inside the apartment and remotely through our team, which is available 24/7.
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find surgical masks for your first day. We also have these and other products available at cost for added safety.
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted to do more and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you prefer not to use the available online tools, our “Fill Your Fridge” service allows you to arrive to find whatever you’d like in the refrigerator, courtesy of our local partners, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have transportation partnerships from the airport and to any location you choose in Lisbon and Portugal to make your vacation smoother and more comfortable.
As a welcome gift, you’ll receive one of our famous Portuguese wines.

Arrivals between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. are subject to a 40.00 EUR late arrival fee.
Arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. are subject to a 25.00 EUR late arrival fee.
