Log Garden Estate

We absolutely loved our stay! The living space was beautiful, spacious, and had amazing views. The huge bathroom, full-size fridge/freezer, comfortable upstairs bedrooms, and outdoor table and BBQ were all fantastic. Parking right in front was another big plus. The kitchen is small, but completely workable. A few extra dishes and cooking utensils would make it even better. Color-coding the two identical keys would also make coming and going easier. One thing to know is that the property has five apartments, so you won’t be completely alone—but that didn’t take away from our experience at all. And the absolute highlight? The donkey! 🫏 We named him Eeyore and quickly became friends after sharing a carrot or two. We may have left wanting a donkey of our own!

Mooie rustige nette locatie

Tranquil location, well-maintained apartment. Everything is super clean and neat, the design is contemporary and of great taste, relaxing and warm. Welcome drinks in the fridge and coffee pods available. Overall would recommend staying here, just pay attention to the negatives I listed and try to communicate with your host well in advance.

Self check-in instructions were unclear, document arrived late. Google maps took us to an entirely wrong spot, had to ask locals to find the house. Once we received the information, the order of photos in the self check-in document were wrong. Some info missing on how to get in. Host/agent did not pick up the phone, nor did they call back. It's not a good start to any vacation where you need to worry about a smooth check-in, especially when travelling with a young child. Air-conditioner wasn't on, took hours after arrival to cool the bedrooms (a/c is in the corridor). Overall feels like the host or agent does not care about the guests. No hair dryer available, such an essential these days.

Wifi in ons apartment was geen verbinding mee te krijgen. Na melden de volgende dag alternatieve wifi gekregen die ook moeizaam verbond en informatie doorgaf. Uitzicht naar tuin ook beperkt omdat vanuit ons apartment meteen een heuvel te zien was met 2 hekken..
