Villa Andrea Apartments - Ljubljana

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean and tidy, fully furnished, beds were very comfortable, the AC is working very well, the view from everyroom and from the balcony is the glorious Alps mountain range. The owner was very reactive and responsive. We booked it on the day due to issues with our previous accommication and everything went so smoothly. Check in process was fast and the owner gave us right away instructions how to access the building/apartment. It essentially had everything we needed. Laundry machine is available at the hallway accessible to everyone. We loved our stay there and it was good value for money!

There was a problem with extractor system letting in cooking smell from apartment below into our apartment which was not pleasant

المكيف البارد فقط في الصالة ولكي تستفيد منه احدى الغرف لابد من فتح بابها والاخرى ماتستفيد منه

Neue Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus ca. 20 Minuten bis zur Altstadt.

Abends ungemütlich, da es nur grelles Oberlicht gab, keine sonstigen Lampen, keine Bilder, kein Leselicht am Bett. Der Umgang mit einem durch uns verursachten Schaden, der unverzüglich dem Gastgeber und der Versicherung gemeldet wurde, war unfreundlich und unprofessionell.
