Staff here were amazing. Every interaction with them was great. This place personifies Slovenian hospitality. Outstanding and we got given an upgrade!! Rooms big clean and comfortable. Nice big shower. Great facilities. Restaurant food delicious. Lovely bar area and great snacks there too. Temperature in the pool could have been a degree or 2 higher but lovely outdoor space beside it to relax in. Hotel that bit further out but hotel does offer a shuttle service. Felt this was a great place to relax and unwind. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so good

A good place for families to stay . . The hotel has a nice resto and mini mart for late night snacking... but ensure your driving as its not very easily accessible from the highway ..

We happened to book this property a little blindly, trusting the brand name and expecting a certain level of comfort and hospitality. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of those stays we regretted almost immediately. Right from check-in, things started feeling off. We were initially pushed toward accepting an accessibility room, something we clearly hadn’t booked, and had to firmly refuse before another room was arranged. Eventually, we were given an interconnected room instead. At first glance, the hotel may appear acceptable, but once you start paying attention to details, the lack of upkeep becomes very evident. Dusty room phones, washrooms that didn’t feel properly cleaned, worn-out towels, dull bedsheets, and an overall tired atmosphere made the stay quite uncomfortable for us. What disappointed us even more was housekeeping. The hotel claims to provide daily cleaning, but when we returned to the room the next day, the washroom remained in almost the exact same state, the bedsheets still looked untidy, and the only noticeable effort seemed to be replenishing the toiletries and amenities. For travelers like us who genuinely notice and value hygiene standards, it became difficult to simply overlook these things. The breakfast experience was fairly average too — a limited, completely self-service spread without much excitement. That said, the chef at the live counter and the supporting F&B team were genuinely pleasant and warm, and honestly felt far more professional and welcoming than most of the other departments in the hotel. They were probably the brightest part of the experience. Location-wise, the property is roughly 10 minutes from the city centre, which is convenient enough if you’re driving around Ljubljana. Would we return? Honestly, no. We’d only suggest considering this hotel if you are on a very strict budget and simply need a functional place to sleep. Otherwise, there are far better stay options in Ljubljana that offer cleaner rooms, better upkeep, and service standards more aligned with what one expects from an international hotel brand.
