Great property in Ljubljana, clean an very comfortable. It is in very calm neighborhood. Which could be a minus since there are no shops near by.
It was far from the city center.

It was clean and the facilities were great.
One bathroom for that many rooms is not enough. Unfortunately, our room didn’t have a window, but I could see that on a pictures. It wasn’t a problem right now (May), but in summer it will be definitely too hot in the room.

It could be such a beautiful place with other management. Nice location, incredible view from terrace, calm district.
Well:
1. The sink on my arrival was blocked with food pieces, so I needed some tube cleaning product
2. The bed is broken so I would not say this place is suitable for couples I have managed to sleep almost without issues though
3. The kitchen is not fully equipped, but it’s alright for a short stay (I stayed longer) - no bottle opener
4. I would not suggest to come on weekends cause people from other rooms might be noisy and smoke on terrace which might wake you up.
5. And yes my last two days it was a total electric black out!!! They provide us with extension cord but it was super inconvenient.
6. I don’t know why management does not care about this place. I could be so wonderful:((
