Good hotel, sometimes not easy to find in Hanoi. The reception was very good, you feel like a true guest.
We had a family room which gave a lot of space also for suitcases etc. The air conditioning was very good, not directed towards the bed and somehow externally, very comfortable. Beds were very good.
Just two minor things: the shower drain could have been a little less clogged. The toilet flush was always running just a little bit. No breakfast available, but you can order via the grab app directly into the hotel. A bit far from old town, but taxi is cheap and you can take bus for free.

Good hotel overall.
They use pictures of the main building, while I was being transferred to another building with different design that I did not like that much. Would have appreciated to see beforehand where I will stay.
