There is a huge gap and cant drag your bag into the gate. There is no bell boy to help with luggage, there is no lift to help ourselves. And only 1 room on each floor and the steps are sooo narrow that one person loses balance while heavy lifting luggage. The staff is not available at night, so if we come late, unable to communicate anything. The shower was not exactly hot, always running mild warm water, the fan is very tiny wall fan that doesnt cool the room instantly. AC is vintage. I do not recommend it.

Not a bad stay at all, if the price is good relative to others I would recommend - room was clean and facilities all worked (although aircon was not very strong). The lack of lift was not great given the heat of the stairway. Staff were helpful. The hotel is well located. The photos of the hotel are absolutely AI enhanced.

The most wonderful staff, very friendly, helpful and polite. The Hotel is located near the lake. Lots of cyclists, walkers and exercises in the early morning. There is a wonderful Cafe near by O’leoleo (lots of playful cats). Across the small lake is a Thai/Lao restaurant (Sabaidee), the yummiest food in the area (my opinion). Enjoy your stay and smile often. 🫰🏻….. One down side for some, there is no elevator. 🙏🏼
