Sunshine Grand Hotel Ikebukuro

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! L’appartement et l’équipe qui procède à l’accueil est toujours rapide à répondre. L’appartement est proche de la station de train et des épiceries. Surtout du Sunshine Center pour une baguette fraîche!! Nous sommes une famille de 4 et avions vraiment adoré l’appartement- tellement idéal pour un séjour à Tokyo !!

The location is great. There a convience store mere minutes away from the hotel and it's only about a 10 minute walk to the train stations and if you're into anime, there's a few stores close by

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I had a very comfortable stay

We liked the convenient location and access to various stores. I appreciate that they provided us with enough amenities and offered to replenish anything that we needed (water, towels, toiletries, detergent, extra hangers). Having a washer in the room was very convenient and the drying setting in the bathroom allowed us to keep our clothes clean every day. Having a bidet in our bathroom was great too. The room was quiet and the surrounding area also felt safe. Relatively timely responses to our inquiries. Went above and beyond when we needed help.

The floor was a little dirty when we got there (found some used fake lashes from previous guest) but overall it was clean enough. We were a little upset that we didn’t have access to the closet for storage. I assumed that we would have spaced to hang our clothes and tuck away our suitcases, but they were locked up. The curtains didn’t shut out the light completely, so it was difficult sleeping in some days. Also, I think it’s normal in Japan, but we only received one key to access the room. It would have been nice to obtain two keys because my husband and I would have different schedules some days. We had to coordinate well and decide who keeps the key every day.
