Great natural hot spring bath in the hotel that we used every evening. Complimentary freshly made ramen noodle soup every evening.
Standard room was very small. Superior Twin Room was better size.

Excellent location - a few minutes walk from Ikebukuro station. Convenient stores, supermarkets, Sunshine City, and Ikebukuro central area are nearby. Onsen (hot spring) is clean and tidy, with various options of shampoos for use. Laundry and dryer are also clean. Bed is comfortable but the pillow is a bit too hard for me. Breakfast is also very nice.

Great service and facilities! I was sick during the stay and the staff gave me the best support and care to help me see the doctor. 100% recommend and will come back next time;)

Good location and price, and they left us a nice snack in the fridge upon arrival. Check in and checkout were professional and easy. Most major amenities were provided.
The room was tiny with barely enough room for 2 suitcases and the bedsheets felt like plastic. They rustled every time we moved and felt bad against skin. The pillowcases were the same material and the pillows were very hard, so sleep wasn’t comfortable.
