L emplacement proche du centre ville et de l accès au chemin de halage de la Mayenne. La possibilité de placer nos vélos dans le grand garage. L autorisation d arriver un peu plus tôt dans l après midi pour nous changer et enfourcher nos vélos !
Le lave mains dans la salle de bains n est pas très pratique mais est un détail !

Pas de climatisation durant les période de chaleur. juste un petit ventilateur.

La possibilité de me déplacer dans Laval à pied en profitant du charme des bords de Mayenne by night-club. Le stationnement gratuit au pied de l’immeuble. Le silence dans l’appartement bien que côté rue. La décoration soignée et attentionnée Le confort de la literie En fait, rien ne manque, tout a été réfléchi !
L’expéditeur de l’envoi de la facture : sans mention du 45 dans le mail, j’ai d’abord jeté le mail puis mon responsable SI a dû faire une manipulation pour voir qu’il s’agissait bien de la facture de mon logement et non d’un mail de phishing… Rendre plus visible le lien entre l’appartement et l’organisme de facturation serait donc un plus !
