Furnished apartment comprising on the ground floor of 15 m² kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas hob, fan oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. complete kitchen utensils, WC.
Upstairs on 30 m² a bedroom area including a 140x190 cm bed new memory foam mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, very large storage spaces. Shower 80x80 cm, toilet area with a sink on a marble top surmounted by a large mirror, washing machine (detergent offered).
Facilities: baby cot, television, free Wi-Fi connection, bathroom linen, sheets, tourist documentation.
The whole apartment undergoes major work (10 months) insulation, electricity, plumbing, enlargement of the living area, windows and PVC double glazed door.
This accommodation is intended for both tourist and professional purposes.
Possibility of providing extra beds.
Important point: all rooms are non-smoking!
Nearby: LAVAL train station 5 minutes on foot (500m) cinema 5 minutes on foot, town center market on Saturday morning 10 minutes on foot, theater, walking or cycling on the towpath along the river La MAYENNE, circuit tourist in the old LAVAL (half-timbered houses), old castle, panoramic view of the city and the viaduct.
All types of shops: pharmacy, mini-market, bars and numerous shops.
The accommodation is located on a very quiet side street with free parking.

Great location & very quiet area. We looked for apartment instructions but couldn’t find any so weren’t sure what to do with bins, towels, sheets, etc, on leaving. Dominique is very responsive & apartment is a good base from which to explore Laval and area.

Parking is good/ cheap and right outside the Hotel. The reception area is nice and the reception was warm every time we entered. The room was small but had everything you need for a stay ( we were there 5 nights). The shower was really nice. TV had some UK TV stations! If there had been Air Con that would have been PERFECT, but you can easily get a nice cool breeze as your near the sea.
The Breakfast was Acceptable with a selection of breakfasts.!
The Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to the walled town.
We would definitely go back for a cheap, clean, nicely located hotel!
