Appartement en rez de chaussée proche du centre ville avec une terrasse ombragée facilement accessible. Superficie adaptée pour 2 occupants.
Les modes d’emploi des appareils électroménagers devraient être rassemblés dans un classeur, j’ai notamment dû chercher celui des plaques induction et du four sur internet, avant de découvrir celui du four sur une étagère. Les couverts( fourchettes, couteaux et cuillères) sont difficiles à prendre en main. Certaines poêles arrivent en fin de vie. L’isolation acoustique laisse aussi un peu à désirer.

Fijne accommodatie voor twee personen, dicht bij het centrum van Laval. Comfortabele woonkeuken met zithoek, eettafel en alles wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken. Het was erg warm buiten maar dankzij de luiken was de temperatuur binnen goed te doen.
De parkeerplaats is alleen bereikbaar door een smalle stenen poort, onze Renault Traffic bus paste er met veel moeite net door.

Lovely well decorated apartment within easy walking distance of the town centre. The private parking to the rear of the apartment was perfect. We would stay again as its a comfortablel stopover for long road trips.
For catering the single microwave oven was ok but more cooking facilities would have been welcomed
