Great location by the river and just a short walk to local facilities and the old part of Laval. Very spacious, comfortable apartment.
The driveway into the parking area was quite narrow if you have a large car.

Avons logé à 6 dans cet appartement très agréable, aéré, spacieux. Belle vue sur la Mayenne, au centre de Laval, très calme. Pratique, proche de tout! Photos conformes à la réalité, nous avons tous aimé cohabiter dans ce logement durant quelques jours. Nous reviendrons!

Logement bien entretenu. Environnement agréable.
Quelques ordures dans la poubelle sans sac poubelle, alors qu'il y en avait non utilisé (laissées par les précédents voyageurs, peut-être). Cafetière non vidée.

The apartment is very spacious, modern and quiet. The views at the front are stunning and the flat is well equipped even though it would have been nice to have more pillows. The beds are firm but comfortable and the bathroom is larger than average. The location is very central and having parking at the back is great. It was nice to have the wifi and the communication with the host was fairly good.
There were a few things that could have been better. We were 4 adults and only got a single Key which was tricky when several people wanted to go out. The bed throws were dirty and smelly, we had to wash them ourselves. The dishwasher was not secured properly and therefore wasn't coming on. The temperature was sometime a bit chilly and the radiator's thermostat kept on dropping.
