L’emplacement en plein centre est bon et l’appartement a été refait à neuf.
désavantages : bruit, proximité d’une boîte de nuit et d’un squat … le nettoyage de l’immeuble voisin a nécessité un échafaudage sur la terrasse pendant notre séjour. La saleté et la présence des ouvriers nous a un peu perturbé. L’appartement a été refait et il était très propre, mais il est très mal agencé. Il est parfait pour un couple…. Puisque la salle de bain est en suite avec la chambre mais du coup, pour l’intimité c’est raté ! Il n’y a pas de coin repas.. et ne vous attendez pas à faire un peu de ménage, il n’y a rien pour nettoyer.
