Quiet, clean, modern apartment in perfect location, highly recommended

Superb location, only 5 minutes walk from the city centre, but in a very quiet side street. Supermarket and bars/cafes within a couple of minutes' walk. Very clean, modern apartment with everything needed for our stay. Private outdoor space was a bonus. Excellent communication from the host before and during our stay.

Brand new apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment is conveniently located in the high fashion quarter of Antwerp. Although located at ground floor on the street side, it is very calm and totally not noisy. The facilities are brand new and as depicted in the description.

The wifi needs an upgrade. Not usable for even casual surfing, let alone doing work-related stuff as was my case. Make sure you open a window after you shower, otherwise the place gets a funny smell. For business travellers, be aware that this is a private host, so no invoice possible.

A very convenient apartment to stay when visiting Antwerpen.

Dirk, the host, contacted us a day before arrival with easy instructions for check-in. The apartment exceeded our expectations: spacious, spotless one-bedroom with a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, large clean bathroom, huge smart TV, silky-soft bed linens, and even an iron and ironing board. There was a lovely private patio we could use too. The location is perfect - quiet street in the city center, just a 10-minute walk to the historic district and 2 minutes to a local supermarket. Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

Super Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr komfortables Bett. Sehr ruhig, obwohl es mitten im Zentrum liegt. Sehr netter Gastgeber, gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Super hilfreiche Tipps bezüglich des Parkens.

Een parel in het centrum van Antwerpen.

Dit appartement op de begane grond is echt een parel! Het is brandschoon en voorzien van een prachtige, compleet ingerichte keuken, luxe badkamer en een uitstekend bed. Werkelijk aan alles is gedacht. De koffiemachine voor cups vonden wij een dikke plus, maar ook de mooie badhanddoeken en fijne douche. De ligging van het appartement is perfect, in een rustige straat middenin een leuke wijk met veel winkels, café's en ontbijttentjes. In minder dan 10 minuten lopen sta je in het hart van Antwerpen. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep zeer prettig. Hij adviseerde ons vooraf over parkeermogelijkheden en was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Dit appartement krijgt van ons een dikke 10!

Mooi appartement in gezellige wijk

Comfortabele accommodatie op rustig gelegen locatie. Mooi, nieuw appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk bed en brandschoon. Fijne buurt met leuke winkels en gezellige cafés, supermarkt dichtbij. Op een paar minuten lopen van de Grote Markt. Behulpzame host die met nuttige tips kwam, zeer aan te bevelen voor een verblijf in Antwerpen.

Geweldige tijd in een heerlijk appratement!

Geweldige locatie. Dichtbij centrum maar toch rustig. Hosts zijn geweldig. Communicatie is top en ze hadden zelfs rozen en champagne geregeld (mijn partner was jarig)! Helemaal leuk!

Fijne frisse uitvalsbasis aan rand van hartje stad.

Helemaal opgeknapt, alles nieuw en fris. Goed geoutilleerd. Rustige ligging op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, winkels en restaurants. Gastheer reageerde meteen op vragen. Welkomsttas zeer attent.

Eigenlijk viel ons niets tegen, integendeel. Het appartement heeft geen tuin maar wel een binnenplaatsje waar je rustig buiten kan zitten.

Comfortabel en sfeervol appartement in hartje Antwerpen op heel rustige locatie.

Sfeervol appartement, helemaal nieuw en up-to-date. Geschikt om langere tijd te verblijven. Rustige ligging en een patio om ook nog 'buiten' te kunnen zitten. Goede bedden! De host was heel gastvrij en hield goed kontakt. We waren erg blij met de gelegenheid om al eind van de ochtend de bagage in het appartement te mogen zetten.

Er viel niets tegen, we hadden op basis van de locatie niet zo'n mooi en fris appartement verwacht. Als wens zouden we hebben (60+) dat er ook nog een fauteuil met een goede zit zou staan, de bank is meer om languit op te hangen (ook lekker). We waren er zeven dagen, dan wil je ook wel een avond een boek lezen.

Het appartement was heel mooi licht vormgegeven en daardoor heel fijn in gebruik. Aan alles was gedacht en het contact was zeer prettig.

Een heerlijk verblijf ! Een parel in centrum stad !

Wat een fantastisch appartement! Stijlvol en met veel oog voor detail ingericht – we voelden ons meteen thuis. Het bed was top en zorgde elke nacht voor een deugddoende nachtrust. De locatie kon niet beter: pal in het centrum, op wandelafstand van alles, en toch verrassend rustig. Op amper 100 meter konden we fietsen huren om de stad op ons gemak te verkennen – een echte aanrader! Onze host was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en attent, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. We kijken nu al uit naar een volgende keer. Dit plekje is een echte aanrader voor wie Antwerpen wil ontdekken in alle comfort en charme.

Wat een fantastisch appartement! We hebben een superverblijf gehad hier in Antwerpen. Het appartement is volledig nieuw gerenoveerd en alles is aanwezig. Fantastisch bed met heerlijke lakens. Een luxueuze badkamer met grote inloopdouche en gratis toiletartikelen. Het salon is zeer comfortabel, grote flatscreentelevisie , alle zenders aanwezig, ook Netflix!! Leuk dat er gratis koffie en thee is. Fijn plekje buiten op de patio om te relaxen. De communicatie met de host Dirk gaat zeer vlot en we kregen een zeer leuk welkomstpakket. Er is gewoon voor alles gezorgd, wij komen zeker terug!!!

Geweldig

Schoon, nieuw, netjes, ruim appartement met tv met streamingsdiensten en alles aanwezig eigenlijk.

Helaas was er een stroomstoring waardoor we de oven niet konden gebruiken maar hier kon de verhuurder niets aan doen en hebben we samen goed opgelost, heel attent.
