A great option for Antwerp

This is a great option for a stay in Antwerp. A very pleasant, spacious and clean flat within walking distance of all the attractions as well as the trendy 'Zuid' area. It is excellent value for the city. Host Tea is very helpful. One warning: the flat is not suitable for people with mobility problems as it is on the third floor accessible by a pretty steep staircase.

We had a lovely time, Coco’s Place was a calm, homely base that made our trip feel extra special.

Coco’s Place in Antwerpen Zuid is lovely! Located in the heart of the vibrant South area, it’s surrounded by lovely shops, cafés, and restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded to our messages very promptly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. A perfect base for exploring Antwerp! We had an amazing time.

Not a problem at all for us but important to note that it’s located on the 3rd floor with narrow steep stairs, so you’ll need to be reasonably fit to climb up.”

Quick trip to Antwerp, relaxed and comfortable accommodation!

The property was exactly as the photos, spotlessly clean and well resourced. It was a short walk into the centre or we could have taken a tram. As we had late arrival we were offered the chance to checkout later the following day which was great!

Coco's place cozy and clean

Appartment was nice and spacious for two people (besides the stairwell). Facilities were good and everything was nice and clean. The appartment is close to the city center and in a quiet street.

Fijn en sfeervol appartement

Een net, schoon en sfeervol ingericht appartement, gelegen op een hele fijne locatie vlakbij het centrum (loopafstand). Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen Antwerpen was aanwezig. Luxe handdoeken en beddengoed. Het contact met de eigenaresse was ook heel prettig.

De slaapbanken liggen vrij hard. We hadden ook wat geluidsoverlast van de gevangenis die vlakbij gelegen is. Het goede nieuws is dat in 2026 de gevangenis wordt verplaatst naar buiten het centrum (voornemen: april 2026).

Logement très propre et spacieux . Idéalement placé, se trouve à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre ville et des principaux points d' intérêt de la ville d' Antwerpen .

Prettig appartement in leuke buurt.

De locatie is perfect en rand/in centrum. Alles is aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf. Net appartement op bovenste verdieping (3e etage). Om de hoek zit je meteen tussen leuke winkeltjes en eettentjes.

Er ligt een gevangenis achter het appartement waar gevangen vanuit hun cel schreeuwend communiceren. Oordopjes mee is handig. Verder goed verblijf. Als je niet goed ter been bent, realiseer je dat het appartement op de 3e etage alleen via een smalle trap bereikbaar is. Het kan denk ik wat warm worden in de zomer omdat je onder het dak slaapt.

Fantastisch

Het was erg schoon en er is aan alles gedacht. Er ligt zelfs parfum in de badkamer. De ruimte is groot en mooi ingericht. Het bed lag ook heerlijk stevig en er is zelfs netflix etc aanwezig.

Er was geen vaatwasser en de oven doet het wel maar alle pictogrammen waren vervaagd dus het was even zoeken hoe die aan moest.

Tutto perfetto. Estremamente pulito, profumato e curato nei minimi dettagli. L’host ha pensato ad ogni esigenza anche la più piccola ed è la prima volta che mi capita (viaggio spesso in appartamenti). Inoltre, sempre ricettivo nelle risposte e per qualunque domanda. La posizione è ottima. Dopo una breve passeggiata si arriva in centro vicino la cattedrale e alla fermata bus, tram e metro. Si trova in una via tranquilla.

Verzorgd en proper appartement, aanrader.

Lang gezocht op booking naar een accommodatie waar er in de reviews geen opmerkingen kwamen over de hygiëne. Coco's place kreeg op hygiëne goede scores en helemaal terecht: het appartement was perfect proper! Koffie en thee zijn ook voorzien, voldoende handdoeken ook en het beddengoed was helemaal schoon. Alles tip top in orde!

Geen slechte zaken. Misschien 1 tip: handleiding TV.
