Dirty and apartment and the property owner is not polite.

(1)I booked 2 rooms apartment but I was offered 1 room.(2)i was stranded outside for 2 hours because I couldn't contact the property owner. I called, write messages, write email but he doesn't respond. (3)the apartment and the facilities are very dirty.with my observations,the apartment has not been clean for the past months.

I don't like anything about the apartment.

Nothing! I was unable to get into the property, and received no responses when contacting!

Unable to get into the property, and received no responses when contacting property! I had confirmed booking with payment made. Totally unacceptable to have single (female) booked customer stranded on the street in the evening in darkness and rain in an unfamiliar town! I had to find alternative accommodation.

Double Booking Happens and You Stand Outside with NO INFO , No ROOM, No MONEY, Incorrect Hosts

The place was in a street with good communication, parking was hard, it was only possible in the side streets - 200-300 m away.

The hosts only answered texts UNTIL THEY RECEIVED THE MONEY: Later no communication ever. Nobody cleaned any part of the hostel for days, no toilet paper. NO INTERNET, NO WINDOW, NO RIGHTLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN / BATHROOMS. The lovely girls came and their room was taken, the host NEVER ANSWERED their calls or texts. I gave them a ride to a friend`s place as they had no room left but their money was kept. Don`t go there as it feels like a dirty prison. The socket is far from the bed, so I only went back to sleep - after the local internet cafe. The town is big without a car but it was OK to commute to Cologne. The clients I met there cannot recommend the place to anybody, but it is lovely when you can pack and leave in the end!! We fiind it a shame that it is in business at all. The address is 57A, not 57, which you don`t know, so hard to find. Nobody lets you in if you arrive after 8 pm, they are not bothered, no refund.

Unacceptable! No place for us : the room we had rented was already occupied.

When we arrived, the room that we had previously booked on Booking was already occupied by someone else. The landlord had rented twice the same room for the same day. Consequently we didn’t have any place for sleeping. We tried several times to call the landlord, we sent him a lot of messages and emails, but he never replied to us. We had to disturb the other roomates for asking help as we didn’t have place for sleeping. This experience was a nightmare. We didn’t receive any excuse from the landlord. We are asking for a refund and a compensation for all the fees we lost.

Sorry es ist völlig versifft verschimmelt Badezimmer nicht nutzbar. Mit 2 Personen angereist und nur 1 Decke .Weder Kissen noch Decke sind frisch bezogen. Nachtschränke dreckig ,Flecken an der Tür.kein Fenster kein Fernseher kein WLAN. Unzumutbare Zustände. Seid Wochen oder sogar Monaten nicht gereinigt !!! Ich werde mir mein Geld wiederholen .

W pokoju były cztery pary drzwi do innych pokoi i przez dziurkę od klucza można było podglądać W pokoju nie było wogule okna co bardzo mi przeszkadzało
