Perfect Place to Stay!

The apartment exceeded all my expectations! It’s very clean, cozy, and modern. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided: from a fully equipped kitchen to small touches like coffee and fresh towels. The location is convenient and close to shops and cafes. Check-in was smooth, and the host was always in touch, providing clear instructions. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to this city

Nunca pude entrar al alojamiento. Mi familia y yo tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento a última hora. Llamé y escribí al anfitrión del lugar a la hora que llegué a la estadía para que pudiera hacerme el check-in pero nunca respondió.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof - knapp 1 Kilometer oder auch 2 Stationen mit der Strassenbahn

Hauptmanko war die Zimmertemperatur und der Zug durch die Fenster bei extrem dünnem Bettzeug. Die Heizung stand auf 5, was leider nichts daran änderte, dass wir in voller Kleidung die drei Nächte schlafen mussten. Ich bin seit dem Aufenthalt mit einem Infekt krank. Meine Heizung ist auf 2 wärmer als hier die angezeigte 5. Den Gastgeber habe ich zeitnah kontaktiert und er versprach in der kommenden Stunde mit normalen Decken vorbeizukommen. Trotz dem 24.12. kam niemand und ich habe 1,5 Stunden umsonst gewartet. Die beiden Betten, die mein Sohn und ich nutzten waren eher schräg. Ob es am Lattenrost liegt, kann ich nicht sagen. Seltsam kam bei uns an, dass die Wachleute des Hauses eine Touristensteuer von uns kassieren wollten, kein Wechselgeld hatten und überrascht waren als wir um einen Beleg der Zahlung baten

Ήταν διαφορετικό από τις φωτογραφίες. Έλεγε ότι είχε ένα επιπλέον κρεβάτι μαζί με τον καναπέ αλλά τελικά είχε μόνο καναπέ που ήταν πολύ κακός για ύπνο. Το μπάνιο είχε σπασμένο πλακάκι από το οποίο έβγαιναν νερά στο πάτωμα. Το βράδυ η θέρμανση χαμήλωνε και είχε κρύο. Είχε μόνο μια πετσέτα σώματος για κάθε άτομο και όχι για το πρόσωπο.

La gentillesse du personnel et la présence permanente du gardien. La localisation est proche du centre ville.

Do not ruin your stay as we did.

The location.

Experiența la acest hotel a fost extrem de dezamăgitoare încă de la sosire. A trebuit să așteptăm 15 minute ca cineva să ne deschidă ușa când am ajuns, pentru ca la așa zisa recepție nu era nimeni. La plecare s-a repetat experiența însă din fericire de aceea data ni s-a răspuns la 5 minute distanță și ni s-a zis unde să lăsăm cheile. Camerele au geamuri foarte prost izolate, zgomotul de afară se auzea ca și cum ai fi fost efectiv pe stradă.. din acest motiv, somnul a fost aproape imposibil pe toată durata șederii. Lipsa televizorului, mai ales pentru un hotel care se prezintă ca fiind bine echipat. Mai grav este faptul că nu există nici WiFi, ceea ce face șederea complet nepractică. Paturile sunt subrezite, foarte inconfortabile și scârțâie la cea mai mică mișcare. Un alt aspect extrem de deranjant este lipsa parcării. Deși în anunț se menționează că hotelul dispune de parcare (prin rezervare), în realitate aceasta nu cred ca există. În momentul în care am plătit rezervarea am încercat să contactăm proprietarul ca să rezervăm un loc însă ni s-a răspuns la 2 zile distanță (cu foarte multe insistente) și ni s-a zis ca nu mai exista locuri libere și ca nu ne pot ajuta/îndruma in vreun fel. La fața locului am insistat sa ni se zică unde am putea parca și ni s-a indicat un loc in care nu e permis să parchezi (conform indicatoarelor). Raportul calitate-preț este slab și nu recomand acest hotel nimănui.

먼저, 체크인 할때 직원(경비원)이 매우 불친절하고 상식 이하였음. 직원은 첫 대면부터 너무나 불쾌한 표정으로 응대하고, 특히 관광세로 12유로(6명)를 지불해야 한다고 해서 20유로 지폐 한장과 2유로 동전을 주었더니, 거스름돈이 없다며 받기를 거부하며 돈을 10유로 지폐로 바꿔오라고 요구함. 난 그럴수 없다며 맛섰고, 끝내 직원이 나의 20유로 지폐를 받았음. 그러나 거스름돈은 10분후 다시와서 찾아가라고 하였음. 세상에 이게 어떻게 일어날수 있는 일인지. 주차장을 예약하고 사용할수 있다고 안내되어 있으나, 사전에 주차예약 문의를 하였으나 숙소측에서는 어떠한 답도 없었음. 현장에서 체크인할때도 문의하였으나, 불친절한 직원은 주차장 없다며 답변. 그래서 주차장을 찾아 뺑뺑 돌며 헤맸음. 숙소는 사진 대비 낡았고, 특히 샤워기 수압이 너무 약해 매우 불편했음. 주방에서 물을 사용하면 물줄기가 너무 약해 샤워 불가. 그리고 숙소주변 거리는 쓰레기 등으로 매우 지저분하고, 거리 분위기가 혼자 다니기에 무서울 정조로 치안이 불안해보였음.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in den drei Zimmern mitten in Frankfurt! Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und perfekt für unsere Gruppe von 7 Personen. Die Lage ist top – alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideal für Freunde oder Familien. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Очень понравились апартаменты — просторные, светлые и чистые. Современный интерьер, удобная мебель, большие кровати и всё продумано до мелочей. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и техника — можно спокойно готовить. Расположение отличное — прямо в центре, рядом множество кафе, магазинов, остановки транспорта и крупный торговый центр. Несмотря на центральное местоположение, в квартире было тихо и спокойно. Приятная атмосфера, чувствуешь себя как дома. Отличный вариант как для короткого отдыха, так и для более длительного проживания.

Большая квартира с удобными кроватями. Нас было 6 человек. Чисто. Соотношение цены и качества хорошее. Припарковали авто перед входом. Предварительно бронировали парковку.

В номере есть всё для полноценной жизни. Посуда для еды, посуда для приготовления. Микроволновая печь. Духовка и плита. Рядом большой торговый центр, купил продукты. Транспорт возле дома. Больше всего порадовало что есть кондиционер. Удобная большая кровать.

A fuir : service digne d'une prison cubaine et immeuble quasi insalubre

Rien... ah si, la douche était propre!

Accueil déplorable, je me suis fait engueuler et limite agresser physiquement par le gardien car je suis passé par le mauvaise porte. Cela n'avait aucune conséquence mais le gardien était à 2 doigts de m'en coller une. Les murs sont fins, on entend les voisins qui parlent entre eux. L'appartement est situé au dessus d'un bar /restaurant , il y a du bruit et des odeurs jusqu'à 1heure du matin tous les soirs et 2h00 du matin le samedi. Il y a pas de climatisation, il faisait 30°C le soir a 19h00. Il n'y a pas de moustiquaires donc si on aère, on se fait bouffer par les moustiques. L'appartement est situé proche d'un centre de secours, il y a des véhicules qui passent toutes sirènes hurlantes tous les quarts d'heures. La literie est rustique et les oreillers sont archi plats. Il n y a rien pour faire la cuisine, juste 4 assiettes et des couverts. Pas de sel ni poivre, pas de planche a découper, pas de poêle... Le prix qui semblait attractif est en fait extrêmement élevé au vue des prestations. Je regrette cette location, j'aurai du payer le double pour pouvoir dormir.

Очень чистая квартира. Чистое бельё и полотенца. Есть посуда, холодильник. Порадовала кофеварка. Бесплатный кофе и чай. Рядом транспорт и большой торговый центр. Пешком можно гулять по центру. Очень удобно
