Das Apartment war gepflegt und sauber. Die Umgebung war ruhig, sodass man sich gut erholen konnte. Der Check-in war einfach und die Ausstattung ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Die Parkplatzsituation in der Umgebung war etwas schwierig, ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Rundum hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt in Frankfurt. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir vom Vermieter mit allen wichtigen Informationen, einschließlich der genauen Adresse, versorgt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Zwar sieht man ihr die Jahre an (z. B. Risse oder Flecken), dies hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip wieder buchen. Es gibt Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Föhn und eine ausgestattete Küche.

Inchecken verliep soepel en zonder gedoe, waardoor ik me snel kon installeren na aankomst. Voor een korte overnachting in Frankfurt is de plek praktisch en goed bruikbaar, vooral als je gewoon een rustige plek nodig hebt om te slapen en de volgende dag weer door te reizen. Alles werkte zoals verwacht voor een kort verblijf.

Het geheel is vrij eenvoudig en mist wat sfeer of extra comfort. Het is functioneel, maar niet iets wat echt blijft hangen na het verblijf.

1) The place is well-heated: we had no complaints when we stayed in February and the weather was cold and windy. 2) The apartment is located close to a metro (U-Bahn) station; there are a few restaurants in the area; the neighbourhood is calm. 3) The kitchen is equipped enough and allows for cooking. 4) The apartment is well-lit through rooflights.

1) The Wi-Fi was non-existent for the majority of the stay (five days out of seven). The apartment's owner replied to our messages in which we expressed our dissatisfaction, but they seemed not to care much about fixing the issue, instead blaming us for not knowing how to use a phone; the apartment owner was relying on their neighbour's rather than our reports. 2) The glass divider in the bathroom could use a rubber gasket that would prevent water from leaking in between the divider and the bathtub. Also, there is only one small mirror in the whole apartment and it is in the bathroom. 3) The floor in the hall and the kitchen is tiles and might feel cold, so slippers would be of use. 4) There is no self check-in and one needs to message the apartment's owner to arrange a meeting where the apartments keys are given and a city tax is paid.
