The rooms were spacious and well designed. Smart technology such as voice control and display of laundry machine availability on TV made it convenient.
For some reason, our network doesn’t work once we step into the room. Hotel wifi didn’t work well too.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and they offered flexible check-in and check-out policies, which are so convenient for early or late flights. The staffs, especially Yoyo and Charming, were incredibly friendly, supportive and attentive to guests’ needs. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and it was a highly satisfying experience.
