Tonight Homestay East Nanjing Road Shanghai Guangli Building

We had a very pleasant stay. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and everything went smoothly when we arrived. The apartment was very much as described and comfortable for our stay. Whenever we had a question, the host was quick to respond and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

The Wi-Fi was rather slow, and there wasn't enough tableware for six people, but everything else was great.

今回の上海滞在は1泊だけでしたが、こちらの民泊を利用しました。予約する時、フロントがなくセルフチェックインという形式だったので、最初は少し不安がありました。 しかし、事前に詳しいチェックイン方法と暗証番号の案内を送っていただき、到着後は説明通りに進めるだけで簡単に入室できました。スタッフを待つ必要がないので、短い旅行や予定が決まっている場合には便利だと思います。 部屋は写真と大きな違いはなく、清潔感もあり、必要なものは揃っていました。今回は1泊だけでしたが、観光の後に戻って休む場所として十分でした。 滞在中に少し質問しましたが、担当の方は丁寧に返信してくれて、スムーズに対応していただきました。ホテルのような常駐フロントはありませんが、必要な時に連絡できるので安心でした。 周辺は上海観光にも便利で、食事や移動にも困りませんでした。短い滞在でも上海を楽しむことができました

We stayed here with our family for several days and overall had a comfortable experience. 1.The room was spacious enough for us, and having a washing machine was very useful because we were traveling with children. The location was also very convenient. We could easily take the metro to different attractions, and there were many food options around the apartment. 2.The host was very helpful and patient. Before our arrival, they sent detailed information about how to check in, which was very useful for us as foreign visitors. There were some small details that could be improved, but nothing affected our stay. We appreciated the good communication and the effort from the host. Thank you for hosting us. We enjoyed our Shanghai trip very much.
